
Originally from Glendale, Arizona, Megan has always been drawn to movement, athletics, and the challenge of pushing physical limits. She earned her degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Arizona, where she developed a deeper understanding of the connection between training, nutrition, and long-term health.
Megan found CrossFit in 2023 and quickly fell in love with the intensity, variety, and community that define the sport. The focus on functional strength, skill development, and constantly varied training aligned perfectly with her passion for helping people become stronger and more capable in everyday life.
As a coach and fitness professional, Megan works with a wide range of clients and athletes at different stages of their fitness journey. She has a special passion for helping individuals living with Parkinson’s disease as well as older adults improve strength, balance, and mobility so they can maintain independence and reduce their risk of falls.
Megan holds professional certifications in personal training, group fitness, nutrition coaching, and senior fitness, giving her a well-rounded approach to coaching athletes of all ages and abilities.
Her coaching philosophy centers around building strong, resilient humans through proper movement, intentional training, and a supportive community environment.
Outside the gym, Megan enjoys playing soccer and staying active with her two high-energy dogs, Teddy, a Border Collie, and Murphy, an Australian Shepherd.
