Contact us for more information about our Kids at CrossFit 646! We also have several kids joining in on our CrossFit Classes with and without parents (based on the kid)
We love fitness and we love sharing it with your kids. The KIDS CrossFit Classes approaches fitness through the lens of FUN, and ultimately hopes to foster a lifelong love of fitness. The skills addressed include most of CrossFit’s foundational and auxiliary movements, and the time frame accommodates the developing abilities of kids in grade K-5. The Workouts are relatively short in duration, with more of an emphasis on the development of proper movement mechanics. The Goal of our CrossFit Kids program is to develop and improve general physical fitness in order to prepare kids to be safe in sports (and life in general.)

If you are new to the kids class and want to come in for a class, please email admin@crossfit646.com to get your child registered for their first class. (Please include their full name and age.)

Can they go to the bathroom by themselves?
Can they take/wait their turn in a game?
Do they have a desire to be active?
Have they participated in organized sports/classes before?
